Refund Policy

Dataset purchases
Once a dataset has been downloaded or delivered to your email, no refund will be issued. This policy exists because digital data products cannot be returned once accessed. If you have not yet accessed or downloaded your dataset and wish to cancel within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us at support@idratiosnigeria.com and we will process a full refund.
Research support sessions
If you cancel a scheduled research support session more than 48 hours before the agreed start time, you will receive a 50 percent refund of any amount paid in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund. No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
Training sessions
If you cancel a training booking more than 48 hours before the session, you will receive a 50 percent refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund. For pre-recorded courses, no refunds are issued once access has been granted.
Consultation engagements
Consultation engagements are governed by the terms agreed in the individual scoping document. Generally, cancellations made more than 48 hours before the agreed start date will receive a 50 percent refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before are not eligible for a refund.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, please email support@idratiosnigeria.com with your order reference, the reason for your request, and confirmation that the dataset has not been downloaded or accessed. We will respond within 2 business days.
